Week 2 Academy

Here is my post in week two of the academy below with the image attached. It will be crucial that Anna and Sammi get our sales pitch deck completed this week and our first business cards ordered for the new team. Anna and Voshno will be doing our first ever facebook lead ad soft launch on Thursday. An updated Facebook Sales sheet with Farren and Voshon leading that project with my suggested changes is also a priority this week with Godhands. I agreed with the academy we will have an automated funnel by October 14th once we receive our next wave of payments from clients. I want to meet with everyone on the team this week and then not meet with anyone for two weeks to focus on creating the funnels while you work on other agency foundational projects.

Hey Academites,Happy Fall. In week two I fell in love with the idea of the millionaire mindset and am making changes in my life and sacrifices to reach my dreams from the Academy. The foundations are definitely time-consuming and making me look at our company in a different way with our processes that have me spending 20 hours in the Academy per week now. I’ll share my journey with the Academy for inspiration and motivation if the group is ok with it. Here are my updates this week and would love feedback and your support in any way as I make these dramatic changes. I’d love to create more win-wins with fellow academites and partner with anyone as well to have teamwork make the dream work. Turning on the rocket boosters this week:

  1. General Pitch Started and To Be Completed By GSMM team this Friday.
  2. Replied to all comments on my first week Academy post to ask colleagues for Facebook Reviews and Tamara Ashworth post engagement about asking for reviews to build win-wins with Academites.
  3. I decided on the Insurance Industry as my niche with correct messaging as I already have 3 case studies with three different clients in that industry and a landing page created. I’d love to hear if anyone has experience with this niche or messaging to collaborate and learn what’s working for you and has worked for my agency. I created an organic facebook post of what my first lead ad in the creation of this post to show what it will look like and plan on doing rapid-fire tests in week
  4. I had my onboarding call with Jade Thomas 🙂 and got to know her better and tell her my story. She and I both agreed that I would have a soft launch this Thursday to set up a funnel review the following week as in the United States I have a short window before the business world shuts down for holidays in the middle of December for the rest of 2019 with facebook costs expected to steadily increase for Christmas. She also advised completing the hiring section while I optimize the funnels since I already have a team of 8 people underneath me. Finally, she recommended that I work on my margins and services documents since those were lacking on my end. I have started editing our Sales Sheet and would love to share it with anyone or get feedback on what they are doing.
  5. I have completed 21 lessons so far in the portal, 7 units in the Facebook group, and read about 50 posts in The Academy Facebook group.
  6. I completely redesigned my entire website with Astra theme, agency template in 8 hours with my already existing WordPress website of 9 years and hosting provider Bluehost and removing unnecessary plugins and installing suggested ones. The landing pages, portfolio work, and site speed are my biggest improvements.
  7. I started priming the facebook page by beginning to boost every post on our facebook page to our current fans or worldwide audience to increase our facebook page engagement and grow our fan base with the facebook invite likes growth hack. I also have a cold US insurance agent like campaign running and an International business audience around small business owners, CEOs, founders, and facebook page admins both at around $4 per day optimized for page likes to turn my facebook page fans into my niche positioning.
  8. I friended everyone in the Academy facebook group so I can begin to build better relationships with the people that are on the same page as me.
  9. I shared on our company social media pages that we were accepted into the Academy
