- Past Campaigns
- Network after Work, Solar Funnel, Webinar, Cold outreach, etc.
- Most of our campaigns have been used to send email sequences (1 email then follow up emails x amount of time after)
- Campaigns will show stats: total sent, total delivered, replied, and replied percentage.
- To create a campaign: campaigns tab > create campaign > add an event(s) (sms, webhook, call, email, task, etc.). Multiple events can be scheduled for specific time increments (ie. email sends once a contact is added, and another email and text message is sent after 5 days to those who
- Campaign needs to be configured in ‘campaign configuration’ inside the campaign where you can adjust: the user that sends the emails, if they should be put in another campaign after, the from name and email address, any tags that should be applied to members that get added to the campaign, and a start date if necessary (without start date it will start immediately when a contact is added).
- etwork after Work, Solar Funnel, Webinar, Cold outreach, etc.
- Most of our campaigns have been used to send email sequences (1 email then follow up emails x amount of time after)
- Emails can be created and sent separately from campaigns from the email tab. These emails can be created using templates and adjusted and designed to look very nice and professional.
- When creating an email it is important to go to the setting and fill in information like the from name, from address, and subject line.
- Our Past emails created in the Email tab:
- Ebook email 1, Linkedin Learning Community email 2, Google 5 tips Youtube Video, Denver Startup Week Presentation, Solar Leads Email
- These emails make good templates to use for other promotion emails as they can be cloned and adjusted further.
- There is also an ability to create email and sms templates in the SMS and Email Templates tab. Once a template is created, it is saved and can be used to paste in campaign or bulk action email blasts. These email templates are saved separately from the emails created in the email tab.
- When mass emails are sent via bulk request (email tab), they should be sent in drip mode
- Deliverability –
- An opened email means the email was delivered effectively and opened by the recipient
- A clicked email means that there was an interaction with a link or some sort of action that was attached to the email
- Having a bounced email means that our email does not reach our desired recipient due to either an error on the sender’s end or on the recipient’s email
- Bounce Rates include hard bounces and soft bounces.
- Hard bounces represent an email that failed to deliver for permanent reasons, such as an invalid recipient address due to no longer being active or being incorrect- Hard bounces affect our domain address reputation and IP server reputation and must be minimized or eliminated in order to an effective domain
- A soft bounce refers to an email whose recipient’s email address was valid and the email message reached the recipient’s mail server but bounces back undelivered before it gets into the inbox for reasons such as a full inbox on the receiver’s end or too large of message size.
- Use Mailgun to properly asses deliverability statistics including Open rates, and Bounce Rates
- If the bounce rate reaches over 2.5% it becomes a cause for concern since it will begin to affect the domain’s desirability
- The domain will be disabled after a bounce rate of 5%
- Use Email validation too to enhance hard bounce rates such as bulk email checker
