CEO Benjamin Kepner started Global Social Media Marketing to help businesses and schools achieve social media marketing, education technology training, and international business expansion goals. Now we also jumped into the Google and Youtube ads which historically drove the greatest growth.
He established the company with nine years of freelancing experience and dedication to social media marketing, blogging, and video production in 30 different industries. Within one year, we grew from a single employee to a ten-person team! We customize our monthly packages that fit the needs of the client based on social media channels and business goals. We were also flexible in working with their corporate HQ in order to deliver a solution on how they could solve their customer service issues of long phone call wait times in the call center with our Facebook Messenger chatbot partnership service ManyChat.
